Terms

- You must be 18+ to purchase a commission from me.

- Payment will be upfront through Paypal only. (I accept Payment Plans. In this case an upfront payment of $40 minimum is required.)

- Full refunds will not be given once I have started to work on your piece. Partial refunds available depending on how much work has been done on the piece, should you need to cancel for any reason.

- Files you receive are for personal use only. You may not use for commercial purposes.

- You may not use any commission you receive from me for NFT or AI purposes.

- I do NOT offer free draft previews for approval. If you want me to send you a draft so you have the opportunity to ask for major fixes/changes before I polish your piece, this will cost $5 extra.

- Minor changes/fixes may be asked for upon completion without extra cost.

- Major changes asked for once completed (at fault of vague commission details or unclear references given to me) will have an extra cost.

- Enter "KomuBak Rules!" on the required form field so I know you've read my terms.

- Unless your commission is private, I will retain right to post it to my patreon/social media, and use the image for future promotional use.

- You are welcome to post your commission online unless otherwise stated by me. If you do so, please link back to my patreon, website, or social media if you follow me. (www.patreon.com/wasongo & https://wasongo.art)
